Simple Sausage Pasta

Simple, yet inspired and totally #JustDelicious, this simple sausage pasta is ready in mere minutes and a great dinner for the whole family without too much mess or fuss.

375 g

Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages

500 g


60 g

bread crumbs

5 ml

Italian herbs




ground black pepper

10 ml

olive oil

1 clove

garlic, minced

2 cans

chopped tomatoes

100 g

black olives, pitted and halved


Italian parsley, to garnish


  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain and set aside, keep warm.

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil and add bread crumbs, Italian herbs, a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

  • Toss together and cook, stirring occasionally until breadcrumbs have toasted.

  • Remove from pan and set aside.

  • Add a little more oil to the pan and fry sausages until cooked through.

  • Remove from pan and set aside. Once cooled, slice into coins.

  • Add garlic and fry for a minute, then add chopped tomatoes and olives.

  • Simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat until sauce has slightly thickened.

  • Add sausages back to pan and mix to combine with the sauce. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until sausages have hated through.

  • Add spaghetti and toss to combine.

  • Sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs and Italian parsley for serving.
