Eskort Pork Neck Steaks, cut into strips

125 ml

red wine

30 ml


150 g

baby marrows, grated

100 g

cherry tomatoes

50 g



olive oil & salt for seasoning


  1. Steam the caulirice or microwave until cooked.

  2. Pan fry the pork neck steaks in the red wine and honey, until the red wine has reduced and the pork is cooked through.

  3. Construct your salad by tossing all the ingredients together while the pork and caulirice are still warm.

  4. Dress with a generous splash of olive oil and salt to taste.
